By booking your arrangement with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any supplier that are applicable to your booking arrangements. The lead passenger assumes the responsibility of sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, including payment of all amounts when due. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions in its entirety. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
If there is any part of these terms and conditions that you do not agree with, please do not use our travel services.
Lovell Luxury Travel acts as an independent agent and offers retail services to clients, which are provided by separate and independent suppliers of travel services. We do not operate, control, or otherwise provide the travel services or the independent travel suppliers. Lovell Luxury Travel acts only as a sales agent for airline, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, cruises, excursions, dining, tours, cruises, and other travel related services. While we make every effort to work with top suppliers, we assume no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for refunds, breach of contract or any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions, any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the suppliers which result in personal injury, property damage, or other loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or irregularity. Suppliers reserve the right to deviate from the direct, customary and/or scheduled route or itinerary for any reason, without limitation and without notice. Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that Lovell Luxury Travel is not responsible for supplier deviations, delays, cancellations, mandated overnight stays, missed connections, or any other condition beyond its control.
Force Majeure:  “Force Majeure” means, in relation to Lovell Luxury Travel, in any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, (including, but without limitation, to acts of God, explosion, flood, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, sickness, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delays or other unforeseeable events), Lovell Luxury Travel shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a consequence of any suppliers being unable to perform its obligation due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond  the control of the party affected by the force majeure event.
Passenger(s) acknowledge and understand that cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and that you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Passenger(s) agrees that Lovell Luxury Travel is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is Lovell Luxury Travel responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold Lovell Luxury Travel harmless for any actions or damages arising from supplier pricing.
Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment; however, a price increase may apply due to changes in: transportation costs e.g. fuel, scheduled air fares and any other airline surcharges which are part of the contract between airlines (and their agents) and Lovell Luxury Travel, Government action such as increases in VAT or any other Government imposed increases, currency in relation to adverse exchange rate variations. Passenger(s) acknowledge and consent to any post-purchase price increases in relation to the above paragraph.

  1.  ALL travelers, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not a Passport Card). Full legal names and birth dates on your reservation must be exactly as they appear on your valid US Passport. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR INTERNATIONAL AIR TRAVEL. You must have a passport BOOK.

A traveler assume full responsibility for, and hereby releases this travel agency from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, criminal history or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions at such destinations, during the length of proposed travel. Travelers assume full responsibility for obtaining these documents prior to dates of travel and ensuring they are valid for the required period of time after travel dates (many countries require passports to be valid at least 6 months after your travel dates). By embarking upon his/her travel, the travelers voluntarily assume all risks involved in travel, whether expected or unexpected. Lovell Luxury Travel has no specific knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, climate extremes, or the suitability for disabled persons of any portion of any tour at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, we recommend you contact the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or For medical information, we recommend you contact the Centers for Disease Control at (800) CDC-INFO or You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall serve as consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents herein to his/her travel companions or group members.
Planning any vacation takes extensive time and effort before the departure date ever arrives. We have a rate structure to assist with the time spent covering the initial consultation, research and proposal. We will advise you of the fee for your journey. The fee will be charged at the time of proposal delivery, regardless of whether a client books a trip with us. When a client books a trip with us, this fee also goes toward travel support and the booking of the trip itself. The planning fees are nonrefundable. We may also collect a commission from the supplier of your trip.

While we do accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, clients must provide a signed charge authorization agreement for every transaction for your trip. Your authorization is a binding agreement for us to charge your card, and as such, you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of cancellation for any cause (excepting fraud), including a force majeure event, as defined herein, and agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in these terms and conditions. In the event a client attempts to chargeback, reverse or recollect a trip payment already made without our authorization, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal or recollection, including, without limitation, attorney fees.”
